I know, I know, everyone’s looking to get a little bit more lean and healthy in January. But, you can’t sacrifice flavor either right? I get it, it’s the new year and people want to start things off on the right foot, but it’s January, it’s cold outside and I don’t exactly want to be eating straight salads when I’m trying to stay cozy. So, here are some healthy-ish things for you to make instead.

I’ve got:

  1. Baked Things because baking is better than deep frying when you want to heat up your house.
  2. Zoodles because I need to feel that I’m living that noodle life but maybe sort of want to cut down on carbs.
  3. Bowls because insta tells me bowls are healthy. Just kidding, these bowls are kinda healthy.

Read on to get some ideas on what to make in January!
