Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 medium onion finely diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups green chile roasted and chopped
  • 2 cups chicken stock low sodium recommended

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft, but not brown, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
