Instant Pot Eggs
- eggs as needed (about 6 per layer)
- 1 cup water this doesn't change no matter how many eggs you make
Place the rack into the insert of the Instant Pot and add 1 cup of water. Add the eggs to the rack, making sure they’re not touching the water or the side of the insert. Make sure the pressure valve is in the sealed position.
Set the pressure to high and set the time for 3-7 minutes, 3 minutes for soft, 5 minutes for medium, and 7 for hard. When the Instant Pot is done, quick release and immediately place the eggs in a bowl of ice cold water.
Drain well and peel. Enjoy!
