Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp matcha
  • 3 oz hot water 175ºF, about 1/3 cup

Instructions

  • Sift the matcha into a small bowl.

  • Pour in 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) of hot water into the bowl. Use a matcha whisk to mix gently into a smooth paste.
