2 Ingredient Creamy Herby Garlicky Boursin Pasta
2 ingredients: pasta and cheese come together for a bowl of quick comfort
- 6 ounces pasta of choice I used penne
- 1 package Boursin Garlic and Fine Herb flavor
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta 1 minute shy of al dente according to the package directions. Reserve 1 cup pasta water and drain well.
In the same pot, melt the Boursin into 1/3 cup pasta water over medium heat, stirring to combine and create a smooth and creamy cheese sauce.
Add the pasta and simmer for 1 minute, or until the pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally and adding extra pasta water if the sauce is too thick. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy immediately.
