- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 - 1 tbsp sugar depending on taste
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water
Whisk together the chicken stock, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar. Whisk in the cornstarch slurry. Be sure to mix up before adding to the pan.
