It’s full on comfort food season now that November is here. Chilly days and cozy nights means that it’s time to stay in and fatten up. You still have 23 days to decide on what you’re going to be making for Turkey day and I have a HUGE list of things that I’m hoping will make your cut. Plus, I’m including some best-overs recipes because the best part of Thanksgiving is the leftovers, am I right? Are you a leftovers lover too? And more importantly, what are you making for Thanksgiving this year?

Mains:

hot roasted turkey - www.iamafoodblog.com

Hot Roast Turkey – Kind of like a rotisserie style turkey, with cayenne, paprika, onion and garlic!

a vietnamese thanksgiving feast with turkey five ways - www.iamafoodblog.com

Vietnamese Turkey 5 Ways – A full on Vietnamese feast featuring turkey in 5 different dishes: lemongrass green onion breast and thighs, turkey salad with herbs, crispy grilled turkey skin, deep-fried imperial turkey spring rolls, and lemongrass turkey meatball skewers. If you make this, can I come?!

Turducken Roulade - www.iamafoodblog.com

Turducken Roulade – For those times when you want turducken but a whole turkey, duck, and chicken seem like just a little too much, this roulade is perfect! I loved it and you will too.

Lemongrass Braised Turkey Leg – If you making a lil Thanksgiving for two, this braised turkey leg is just what you need. So tender and full of flavor.

sunday roast for two recipe - www.iamafoodblog.com

Bone-in Roast Beef – Because sometimes you want beef, instead of turkey!

Lemon & Dill Pan Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Mushroom, Rosemary & Thyme Challah Stuffing
